Lemon Slice Memories.

When my sister and I were kids, we love playing dress up in my mother's jewelry box. One of my favorite things were a pair of lemon slice earrings . I still remember she got them from Avon and wore them while doing her favorite thing... showing dogs. My sister was the lucky one and got them when my mom was tired of them.

And this past Friday I came across a pair and snatched them up!

Talking to the woman who owned them before, giggled when I shared my story with her. She said " I got them from Avon too!"

Crazy how styles come and go and something come back into style!

Hula Time

OK... I have to say this time of the year is my favorite when it comes to flowers! My favorite flowers are the bright colored Hibiscus, Lilies and Orchids. Right now we have them all :)
